It excels 1550nm optical transmitter in many property, Disadvantage is that it can’t be amplified in network and fitful network application of point to point within 30km user and point to many users.
WS-20LT50xx series 1550nm optical transmitter is mainly used applied <25km(digital signal 35km) distribution network and amplifying. Disadvantage is that it is bad for point to point transmission; it’s index isn’t good for 1310nm optical transmitter.
